While porn addiction is not classified as a disoder at this time in the Diagnositic and Statistical Manual (DSM-5), it does quality as an Impulse-Control Disorder and process disorder as a set of maladaptive behaviors that may cause distress in various areas of your life.

We specialize in helping you explore and discover the underlying cause of your porn addition. Like most addictive behaviors, you may experience triggers that precede your desire to watch porn. For some people, it's a particular person, a situation or a place. It's important to develop the self-awareness as to these triggers, which is something we address in therapy.
In some cases, we may find that your addition to porn is accompanied by sexual addiction, trauma in childhood, depression or anxiety. We help you explore other areas that may be contributing to, or exacerbating your porn addiction.
